These Terms of Service explain the rules for using Pranvy Yoga's website, mobile app, instructor dashboards, student dashboards, bookings, payments, and related services. Please read them carefully before using the platform.
Acceptance of Terms
By using Pranvy Yoga, creating an account, listing a class, booking a class, submitting intake information, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Pranvy Yoga platform.
What Pranvy Yoga Does
Pranvy Yoga is a yoga instructor discovery, intake, and booking platform. ThroughPranvy Yoga, students can:
- Discover approved yoga instructors
- Submit intake information about their goals, level, and limitations
- Book trial and paid classes
- Make payments for classes and packages
- Leave reviews after completed classes
Instructors can create profiles, list classes, receive student leads, manage bookings, and receive reviews.
Platform Role
Pranvy Yoga is a platform that connects students with independent yoga instructors. Yoga instruction is provided by individual instructors who have been reviewed and approved by Pranvy Yoga, unless Pranvy Yoga explicitly states otherwise.
Pranvy Yoga is not a yoga studio, medical provider, or direct employer of instructors. Instructors operate as independent providers responsible for their own class content, conduct, and student safety during sessions.
Student Responsibilities
As a student using Pranvy Yoga, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information when creating your account and completing intake forms
- Share relevant physical limitations, injuries, or health concerns with your instructor before class so appropriate support can be provided
- Attend and participate in classes safely and within your own physical comfort
- Pay applicable class fees on time
- Treat instructors and other platform users with respect
- Not misuse, spam, or harass others through the platform
- Not submit false reviews, fake bookings, or misleading information
- Not attempt to contact instructors outside Pranvy Yoga to bypass the platform after initial introduction
Instructor Responsibilities
As an instructor using Pranvy Yoga, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete profile and class information
- Not make false, exaggerated, or unverified medical or therapeutic claims about yoga outcomes
- Protect student privacy and keep intake information confidential
- Review student intake information before confirming class bookings
- Teach within your professional capability and qualifications
- Not guarantee medical outcomes or claim to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition
- Maintain safe, respectful, and professional conduct in all student interactions
- Follow Pranvy Yoga's platform policies, quality standards, and moderation decisions
- Keep your profile, class schedules, and availability accurate and up to date
Health and Safety Disclaimer
Pranvy Yoga does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Yoga and physical activity involve inherent risk. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting yoga if you have medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, chronic pain, or other health concerns.
Yoga and physical activity carry inherent risk of injury. Pranvy Yoga does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Instructors on Pranvy Yoga are yoga professionals, not medical providers.
Students are responsible for assessing their own readiness to participate in yoga activity. If you have a medical condition, injury, pregnancy, chronic pain, or any health concern, consult a qualified healthcare professional before joining a class.
Instructors should not make claims that yoga will cure, treat, or diagnose any medical condition. Instructors may describe the general wellness, flexibility, stress, and mindfulness benefits of yoga practice.
Bookings
When you book a class on Pranvy Yoga, your booking may have one of the following statuses:
- Pending payment: Payment is required to confirm your booking.
- Pending: Your booking has been submitted and is awaiting instructor review or confirmation.
- Confirmed: Your booking is confirmed and the class link or details will be provided.
- Waitlisted: The class is full; you have been added to a waiting list.
- Cancelled: The booking has been cancelled by you, the instructor, or Pranvy Yoga.
- Completed: The class has taken place.
- No-show: You did not attend a confirmed class.
Instructors may review student intake information before confirming a booking. Payment completion does not automatically guarantee class confirmation if instructor review is required.
Pranvy Yoga may cancel, restrict, or modify bookings for safety, fraud, platform quality, or policy reasons.
Payments
For payment issues including failed payments, duplicate charges, or refund requests, contact support@pranvyoga.com with your Booking ID and payment reference.
Pranvy Yoga may use the following payment providers depending on your region and currency:
- Razorpay for payments in India and INR transactions
- PayPal for international payments
Paid class prices shown to students may include Pranvy Yoga's platform fee. The final price is shown before payment. Pranvy Yoga's platform fee supports secure booking, payments, support, trust and safety, and platform operations. Instructors receive their listed class fee unless otherwise stated.
Payment processing, card security, and transaction handling are managed by these providers according to their own terms and privacy policies. Pranvy Yoga does not store full card numbers, CVV codes, or banking credentials.
Paying for a class does not always guarantee immediate booking confirmation. If instructor intake review is required, confirmation will follow after review.
Pranvy Yoga is not responsible for failures, delays, or errors caused by third-party payment providers, though we will assist in resolving disputes where possible.
Cancellations and Refunds
The following general policy applies to cancellations and refunds on Pranvy Yoga:
Free and trial classes: No payment is required. Cancellation does not involve a refund.
Paid classes: Cancellation and refund eligibility may vary by class and instructor. Check the class page for specific cancellation terms before booking.
No-shows: If you do not attend a confirmed paid class without prior cancellation, the booking may not be refundable.
Instructor or platform cancellation: IfPranvy Yoga or an instructor cancels a paid class before delivery, you may be eligible for a refund or platform credit. Contact support@pranvyoga.com.
Payment gateway charges:Where applicable, payment gateway processing fees may be non-refundable in accordance with the provider's terms.
A dedicated refund policy page will be published at /refund-policy. Until then, contact support@pranvyoga.com for refund or cancellation requests.
Reviews
Students may leave a review after a completed class booking. Reviews should be honest, relevant, and based on actual experience.
Pranvy Yoga may remove reviews that are:
- Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory
- Fake, incentivised, or submitted without attending class
- Irrelevant to the instructor or class experience
- Privacy-violating or containing personal contact details
- Spam or submitted in bad faith
Instructors may not ask students to remove or alter honest reviews. Disputes about reviews should be submitted to support@pranvyoga.com.
Moderation
Pranvy Yoga maintains a moderation and approval process to protect platform quality and student safety.
Pranvy Yoga may at any time:
- Review and approve or reject instructor profile applications
- Pause or hide instructor profiles or class listings pending review
- Remove class listings that contain false, misleading, or unsafe claims
- Remove or moderate reviews that violate platform rules
- Feature or de-feature instructors and classes based on quality and safety criteria
- Review, approve, reject, remove, or hide instructor profile videos for trust, safety, quality, legal, or platform policy reasons
Moderation decisions are made to protect students, maintain platform trust, and comply with applicable policies. Instructors who disagree with a moderation decision may contact support@pranvyoga.com.
Account Suspension
Pranvy Yoga may restrict, suspend, or permanently remove accounts for any of the following reasons:
- Misuse of the platform or its features
- Fraud, payment abuse, or chargebacks without valid reason
- Unsafe behavior, harassment, or threats toward users or instructors
- False claims in profiles, class listings, intake forms, or reviews
- Repeated no-shows or booking abuse
- Violation of these Terms or platform policies
- Legal obligations or court orders
Where possible, Pranvy Yoga will notify users of account actions. In cases of serious safety, fraud, or legal concern, suspension may occur without prior notice.
Intellectual Property
Pranvy Yoga's name, logo, branding, platform design, and software are the intellectual property of Pranvy Yoga and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
Users retain ownership of content they submit to Pranvy Yoga, including profile text, class descriptions, and reviews. By submitting content to Pranvy Yoga, you grant Pranvy Yogaa non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use that content for the purposes of operating and promoting the platform.
You may not submit content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pranvy Yoga is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform
- Personal injury or harm resulting from yoga activity, instructor conduct, or student conduct during classes
- Failures, delays, or errors caused by third-party payment providers
- Loss of data, bookings, or access due to technical failures beyond Pranvy Yoga's reasonable control
- Actions of independent instructors who operate on the platform
This limitation does not exclude liability where prohibited by law, including consumer protection rights that cannot be waived.

Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of the Pranvy Yoga platform will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India, unless applicable consumer protection law in your country requires otherwise.
